#1 - Official Invitation

Dear MUN Coaches and Teams,

Thank you so much for expressing interest in ISB's second annual MiddleUN Conference! Please accept this email as a formal invitation for your students to attend the ISB Middle United Nations Conference hosted at ISB on Friday, March 15th, and Saturday, March 16th.

Based on the initial interest survey we sent earlier this year, we are planning for quite a few more schools and delegates this year, which is something our whole team is very excited about! To the schools that attended last year, thank you so much for your feedback and input. We are looking forward to seeing you again! To the schools that have expressed interest for the first time this year, welcome! Our hope is that we can build on our work from last year by offering not only compelling committee topics and sessions, but offering opportunities for students build connections and engage with one another!

Now, onto a few logistics. It is important to clarify that this conference is intended for students in middle school (11 to 14 years old). With so many opportunities for older students to participate in conferences, a central purpose of our conference is to create space for younger students. Completion of this FORM by Friday, December 15th, 2023 formalizes your commitment to attend and pay 1,200 THB per student, which includes two meals (dinner on Friday evening and lunch on Saturday), snacks, and a conference goodie bag. Below, you can find a tentative schedule. Once you sign up and confirm your commitment, we will send more details. Of course, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.
